Are software, API, and AI costs included?
No. Third-party software, hosting, API, AI, and usage-based costs are paid separately by the client.

Potentially. Existing systems must be reviewed first to confirm their quality, access requirements, documentation, and suitability for ongoing support.
What happens after I book a call?
After you submit the form, I review your workflow and confirm the meeting by email. During the call, we discuss your current process, tools, bottlenecks, and desired outcome. If there is a fit, I send a proposal with the scope, timeline, and price. Work begins after approval, payment, and access are provided.
